COVENANTS, CODES, AND RESTRICTIONS FOR AREA NEIGHBORHOODS (HOA RULES)

This library is intended to help buyers and sellers locate information about the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions for their neighborhood (as should be enforced by their Home Owners Association), but the information is not guaranteed.  Please consult your Home Owners Association Contact to make sure you have the latest copy of your neighborhood's covenants. 

Additionally, if you have contact information for your neighborhood association that you would like to share for our agent / attorney files, PLEASE forward the information to Jackie@BestGeorgiaHomeSearch.com    Having updated HOA contact information is ESSENTIAL to closing properties in your neighborhood, since a "closing letter" is required in order to complete the transaction.  Contributing updated information to the agent and attorney community could help prevent properties from sitting vacant for extended periods of time, which ultimately helps your property values!
